Superboy (New ) is a clone created by Project NOWHERE. He first appeared in , issue one.

Initially, Superboy believed himself to be the biological son of Superman and Lois Lane, but this was later revealed to be false. His genetic makeup is a hybrid of Superman's Kryptonian DNA and human DNA, specifically engineered to serve as a weapon.

Superboy possesses powers similar to Superman, including super strength, flight, and invulnerability, although his powers are not as refined. He also possesses tactile telekinesis, allowing him to manipulate objects with his mind by touching them.

Throughout the series, Superboy struggles with his identity and purpose, questioning his allegiance to Project NOWHERE and eventually joining the Teen Titans. He seeks to forge his own path and prove that he is more than just a weapon.
